He has extensive experience in credit recovery matters, including collection, secured transaction and mortgage foreclosure. Mr. Bernstein regularly writes and lectures for local and national groups on matters of collection, bankruptcy, business law and professional ethics. He is involved with numerous prestigious professional organizations, and currently serves as President with the Commercial Law League of America.

Robert is certified in business bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law from the American Board of Certification. He has been recognized as a “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer” every year since 2004. For eight consecutive years, he has also been recognized by Best Lawyers® for his work in bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, insolvency and reorganization law, and bankruptcy litigation.
