The firm is led by Ms. Phyllis Chestang, who holds a BA degree from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and an MBA from George Washington University, in International Business and Finance. Ms. Chestang has been certified by Los Angeles County as an Auditor, is an IRS certified tax preparer and active in the California Society of CPA’s. In addition, Ms. Chestang has completed a second year of law school and joined the California Bar Association.
