Chief Phil worked at One United Nation for the Great Earth Peace; is the Former President and Chair of the Board of Directors at Compassion Games: Survival of the Kindest; is Former Chairman & Founder at Four Worlds International Institute; was part of the Former AISES Council of Elders at AISES; Worked at Some Day Fire Productions, worked at Isleta Pueblo Pottery; worked at c-Integral, Inc., was the former Consultant at Squamish Nation; worked at Warriors of Orange and at Native Quest. He received a Fellowship to the International Institute of the Arts at Harvard University; received a Master’s of Public Administration at the University of Washington; studied Political Science/Pre-Law at Olympic College and received a Master of Education from National University in San Diego, California. Chief Phil went to Walla Walla High School, is married and is from Walla Walla, Washington.
