"Billy" Eduard Albert Meier (February 3, 1937) is a citizen of Switzerland who is a UFO contactee. He is also the source of many UFO photographs, which are evidence of his encounters. Meier reports regular contact with extraterrestrials who impart spiritual and philosophical wisdom. He describes the Plejaren (aliens from the Pleiades) as humanoid. The Pleiadians / Plejarens and their confederates are human beings with physical bodies and look very much like the people on Earth, with the exception of some minor anatomical differences, especially regarding the confederates.
