We will feature our regular PANW report with dispatches on the criticism by people in Ghana over the governmental decision to seek yet another loan from the International Monetary Fund (IMF); the Ethiopian government has reported capturing dozens of TPLF rebels fighting against the national military forces; there are still difficulties in holding inclusive talks with the various tendencies and the military regime inside the Republic of Sudan; and Somalia is suffering from malnutrition among growing numbers of civilians inside the Horn of Africa state. In the second hour we listen to an interview with Jazz vocal artist Dianne Reeves on Ella Fitzgerald conducted by the Library of Congress. Finally, we pay tribute to the legendary Jazz pianist Phineas Newborn, Jr. of Memphis.
