That the Most High rules in the kingdom of men, and give it to whomever he will

Daniel 1:2 I thought it good to declare the signs and wonders that the Most High God has worked for me.

3 How great are His signs,
And how mighty His wonders!
His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom,
And His dominion is from generation to generation.

17 That the Most High rules in the kingdom of men,
Gives it to whomever He will,
And sets over it the lowest of men.’
