Philadelphia Phillies broadcaster Tom McCarthy joins Jim "Chet" Chesko and Bill Furman on the Philly Pressbox Radio Roundtable to talk about the outlook for the Phils in 2016 and beyond. T-Mac will give his views on how the young pitching staff is shaping up, expectations for third baseman Maikel Franco, and other players to keep an eye on this season and next.
