Legendary Philadelphia Inquirer sports columnist Frank Fitzpatrick makes a return visit to the Philly Pressbox Radio Roundtable, joining Bill Furman and Jim "Chet" Chesko to talk about the renaissance of Penn State's football program and the state of the Philadelphia sports scene as we approach the end of another calendar year.
