My name is Michael Abrain im 50 years old. Currently I've won back to back 10k races in my AD. I've just ran my best mile time in 5:42 as well as my best 5k in 18:30. All within 4 months time.

I started running in February of 2022 and quickly quit. I was overweight, smoking pot and everything hurt, I decided running was not for me. Cough cough.

Then I started again in April of 2022 and ran about a 15 minute mile. I felt the pain the soreness yet behind all that I felt sort of good knowing that I could run a mile. I quit smoking pot.

Little did I know what running was going to do for me other than losing weight. I kept running, the pain was miserable as my body adjusted.
