Texas Recording Artist Gets Back to His Roots
Waco, Texas USA - John Connor's childhood is fondly remembered in his soon to be released 4th album, Back in Crawford. 
This fun, upbeat collection highlights his youth as he discovers music for the first time. "My family and I moved to Crawford, Texas, in 1986, just a short drive north of Waco. I started taking piano lessons when I was about five years old, and that's where it all began," Connor said. "By the time I reached my pre-teen years, I switched from piano to guitar, which bolstered my love for music. I'd listen to bands like Guns N' Roses and Metallica, and I wanted to emulate that guitar style."
