Our family history will be revealed in many ways. Whether it was good or bad it can have an enormous impact upon or relationship with others including our partners whether we realize it or not. Ones childhood baggage can impacts ones relationship such can also determine if ones relationship will last. Fredrick Douglas once quoted, " It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men."

We all have baggage from our childhood and unfortunately whether you like it or not it will resurface sooner or later. It will present itself in relationships or perhaps in how one parent. Here are some examples of the types of baggage one may be carrying: Abandonment, Mistrust and Abuse, Dependence/Vulnerability, Social Exclusion, Entitlement Issues just to name a few. There are also hidden baggages which can be dangerous. The baggage can be emotional issues which can be driven by negative feelings such as anger, fear and sadness. Help is available. However one must acknowledge and address where the baggage comes from. Join my special guest and callers as we explore this topic live 2/25/19 at 12pm Pacific.
