Policing And Respect

Working in the field of law enforcement may not be as easy as one may think. Many individuals grew up watching movies or cop shows and develop a perception as to what the job consist of. However it seems like everyday we are hearing about more police shooting. What can we do to stop the madness? Join myself and others as we discuss policing and respect. When should one call the police? How can they protect and serve? What can we do to make sure we are safe as well as making sure that we are living in a civilized society? Some have said more trainings, accountability and transparency. Others have said more laws and accountability. How do we stop racial profiling, Black on Black crimes, domestic violence or assist with mental health or substance abuse issues? Do we need more community resources? Respect is definately a must.
