The month of May is Mental Health Awareness Month. In honor of such I will be addressing parenting adult children with mental health issues. Many adult children suffer in silence as the parents may often deal with parental guilt or feel helpless as mental health is an issues that most individuals do not understand. Often resourses may be difficult to obtain. Yet they are available. Join myself and others as I provide information to guide, educate, offer support to assist parents with obtaining services to assist their adult children as it relates to symptoms and behaviors regarding mental health.
