Since 1985, Megha has been creating safe, brave, and sacred space by leading training, workshops, and classes training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, Ma, and in different venues around the world. ”The Mission of Let Your Yoga Dance is To spread joy and consciousness throughout the world by transmitting body health, brain health, heart health, and soul health to all populations. To that end, Megha teaches training for the general population, special populations, and Kids&Teens. Megha teaches a weekly class for seniors and people with Parkinson’s.
