Hey what it do to all my RT 101 w/ U friends out there...;-)? Good I hope. Hey check this... After going through every piece of material in my closet only to discover that only a few things fit anymore, I figured I'd better get back to what works for a girl who likes to grub like myself - you guessed it! At least 30- minutes of some sort of physical movement! See, I thought I could get away with doing only everyday activities; then I thought to myself - "girl you better stop." So if you too - can stand to lose a few inches around the waistline, need a "Dance Buddy" to get your move on, or just need to dance and shake off some stress to keep you feeling sexy and looking oh sooo hot! - then be there or be square!
Oh, make sure to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated! You gotta keep it moving- don't even think about cheatin..
