He gained a ton of experience in the ways of housing and real estate in the Ocean City area.

In 2000 his radio career took hom to Washington, DC. Alex has done traffic on the major stations, including WTOP and WUSA-TV Channel 9.  In a helicopter!!!

Alex says "If you're a seller, my 36 years in broadcasting have served me well. It's not a far stretch at all to go from marketing in broadcasting to marketing your property. Add to that, I am still in the broadcasting business as a traffic reporter. I'm your "Realtor on the Radio". He is also proprietor of MisterOceanCity.Com, LLC, a company that runs a website of the same name. A rather popular site with so many things about Ocean City. Event calendars, traffic cameras, city ordinances. Hey, we've even got a Boardwalk Elvis section!

Whether it's radio advertising, knowing how to get the word out, or internet marketing, Alex has covered all of the bases for all client and customer real estate needs in Ocean CIty or surrounding areas.
