Are you interested in being a real estate investor, but don't necessarily have the time to deal to be a landlord?  Passive investing is a great option for you.  Our guest on today's podcast is an expert passive investor.

Julie Lam has been investing in real estate since 2009. After investing locally in San Francisco and out of state in single family homes and duplexes, she moved into multifamily investing to scale her investment portfolio. After investing passively herself in a few multifamily syndications, she became very passionate about passive investing and co-founded her company Goodegg Investments to educate investors about these types of opportunities. In the last 2 years she and her partner have co-syndicated over 2200 multifamily units and 1000 self storage units, worth over $236,000,000. Because of her passive real estate investments, Julie was able to quit her job earlier this year and now spends most of her time with her husband and 3 children.
