Episode 35: Cubs, Cavs, and Costumes... O my!

We kick off the pod revealing our complete ignorance on all things MLB, including a particularly embarrassing set of guesses about what “Fly the W” means. Then we go into a, potentially controversial, discussion of how anyone could like baseball more than basketball. Most importantly, we discuss the Cavs’ performance at the Indians game. JR was JR, Lebron was enthusiastic, and apparently Savannah James smokes?!

Next, we turn to the real story of the week- Halloween. In case you missed it, Al had quite the social media moment this weekend thanks to Lala commenting on a photo of her “Melo in a Bodega” costume. Learn more than you ever wanted to know about prepping the costume, the bodega photoshoot, and how she feels about her newfound fame.

Finally, we do a full review of the NBA players’ Halloween costumes. As you saw on The Step Back’s Halloween roundup earlier this week, the NBA does this holiday right.
