Companies from Apple, Capitol One, Century Link and 100's of others are choosing to use home based virtual workers. I know that this is fantastic news for many job seekers, and should appeal to a very large portion of them.

But, we all know that there’s a ton of junk out there also. Either it's the too-good-to-be-true business opportunities, endless ads, broken links, repetitive postings, or just straight-out scams. Using the “Get Your Mom a Job” database can change all of that. According to CEO and President Michele Unangst, her company can make your job search experience better, easier, faster, and safer.

According to Michele, telecommuting has many benefits for both employees and employers. It helps workers save time and money and gain more flexibility, and it can increase a company's efficiency and reduce its carbon footprint. Yet the concept is still catching on in the corporate world.

I also read, and it makes so much sense, that if telecommuting jobs were advertised nationwide by companies who needed telecommuters, people would come by the hundreds and even thousands for employment. Almost like what is happening now. So here is a "hidden job market".
