Embrace Your Heart Centered Employment-Action Energy

Believe it or not, 90% of job seekers are NOT taking the time to set weekly goals for themselves, let alone a daily list of tasks to be completed as it pertains to their job search. Most job seekers are just winging it, crossing their fingers and perhaps waiting for ‘stuff’ to just happen – waiting for call backs from employers or recruiters, waiting to get at least 1 interview or if they’ve been lucky to land an interview; they’re waiting for the employer to get back to them.

News flash… if you don’t take control of your job search by setting goals and taking action, then I guess you may just end up sitting there for another three months without a job. National statistics show that the average job seeker takes 39-54 weeks to find employment; that doesn’t even include the 25% who have just thrown in the towel and don’t even bother to continue looking for work.

What’s holding you back? Time – money – good looks?  Are these really road blocks or do you just lack the courage to try and fail and try again? Give yourself permission to find that “superhero” type courage to step up, to stay focused and moving where you want to go, “EMPLOYED”.
