This is a Stock Market discussion so I will refrain from politics except to say this

I suspect a significant war will unfold and it must because what happened in the last 48+hrs is different from all the actions that have caused sad desensitization over the years.

Anyone pretending this has anything to do with "occupation" & Temple Mount issues has a fundamental and deep-rooted lack of understanding of Israeli history.

Beware of anyone fostering this misdirection narrative for at best it is done out of ignorance and worst out of pure malice.

Usually, the effect on equity markets of war is a swift knee jerk lower followed by a sustainable rally. The reason for the rally is simply the worse it gets the more Central Banks will coordinate to support markets. In theory, it is hard for the Fed to focus on rate hikes when the world becomes destabilized.  This is the goal post we touch as the expected action. We then read and react. If the lows of last week are violated then we will adjust but I will not be surprised if the initial selling today gives way to strength by the end of the week.
