Sleep is such a neglected topic of discussion when we talk about the quality of our wellness. However to omit it from conversation can have a devastating effect on your longevity.

 

Shannon will lead us into thinking a new thought around this most precious activity of daily living. She will ask and target the inability to maintain a proper amount of restful sleep. And advise ways to improve our results.

 

When was the last time you thought about a ‘sleeping plan’? Probably never is your answer like so many of us. What goes into a plan for our sleep? And what else can I do to get adequate sleep??
