You have seen her work on the screen from Grownish to Scrubs to Blackish and Tuskegee Airmen, plus more. Although accomplished in her field, Nadyne recognized her imbalance at 41, depressed and feeling life closing in on her and her children, she made a carefully arranged change by attending and graduating from UCLA. Later, she became a certified yoga instructor which lead her to focus on the breath and to become a facilitator. She created her company, Breathe and Soar, specifically for that purpose.
