She’s The Masterful Creator of SASSY SENIORS YOGINIS! Kind Essence was gifted with this opportunity to serve the senior citizens of Philadelphia and does so willingly and with true love and compassion.

Twenty years ago, you would find her in the white mountains of Arizona, a teaching professor, studying for her PhD – using Yoga as Medicine. She is well versed in Metaphysics and is Clairvoyant. She was en route to San Francisco to continue her studies and chose to visit her family in Philadelphia. What she discovered changed her life forever. She now serves as an holistic practitioner assisting the aging gracefully community. She calls this refuge an Adult Day Care Center.

Kind Essence looks forward to teaching the younger generation to serve the older folks. Making this a multi-generational service project uniting the full community in service to one another!!
