It was fun to have Milani as his side kick in the drug business at first because she was loyal, smart, and the woman of his dreams, but when she showed everyone that she knew more about the business than him that wasn't a good look at all leading to him knocking her down however he knew how.
While keeping her mouth closed for years and following Caine's orders she luckily hits jackpot when Caine is caught up in a murder case and sent to prison.
