Shihan Dai Vince Cecere has been a martial arts practicioner for nearly 30 years.  His black belt was awarded by Jujitsu inovator and martial arts legend Dr. Moses Powell.  Since 2000 Shihan Dai Cecere has gone on to distinguish himself as Master Instructor of close quarter combat and advanced arrest and control techniques. He has taught at the John F Kennedy School of Special Warfare at Fort Bragg NC, The US Naval War College, the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and the Inter-American Air Force Academy at Lackland AFB San Antonio, Texas. His students have included members of the FBI and US Secret Service, the National Security Agency (NSA), US Army's Rangers, the 82nd Airborne and the US Special Forces including the US Army's Green Berets and Delta Force Operators to name only a few.
