We have mass incarcerations in the U.S. Penal System, that could have and can, be prevented, if more Mental Health Specialist, Departments of Mental Health, Psychological Associations, Substance Abuse Facilities and other Providers in the U.S. were to appropriately and successfully provide the Services they vow to do. But, it hasn't happened. Additionally, Leadership in Government and beyond, Lacking Knowledge Results In Mass incarcerations in America. Why is it, that other Countries are successful in the operations of their Prisons, with little to no recidisvism. Yet, the U.S. Penal System is riddled with corruption, deception, suicides and more. Let's talk about it.
