Frans has and continues to, work with the Dutch ministry of Justice, the United Nations, the ICRC, the Global Initiative on Psychiatry, Mainline & Council of Europe, and he is returning to share insight and information on Effective and Successful Sentencing Guidelines, Education, Treatment,  REHABILITATION and Releases of Individuals in the Prison System who have committed and offense or offenses.
