Shriekfest Radio! Denise Gossett interviews director, producer, Jeff Hamm!

Jeff Hamm is an award winning musician, producer and director out of Dallas, TX. Growing up with a love for music, Jeff turned his passion into a career in 2008 as a professional musician winning songwriting awards from Billboard, USA Songwriting Competition and was nominated for Texas State Musician in 2013. 

Jeff interpreted his love for music into a love for cinema in 2016 with his first short film release of “The River” winning several awards including Best Editor, Best Director and Best Film at the worldwide festival, 168 Film Project in Los Angeles, CA. Since his first film, he has continued to direct and produce short films including the award winning Santapocalypse.  Since 2016, Jeff has directed 6 total short films as well as multiple commercials and promotional videos.  Santapocalypse was an Official Selection in Shriekfest 2017!

Growing up in the church, Jeff turned his love for film and video into a career as the Creative Director for Larry and Tiz Huch of Daystar at New Beginnings Church in Bedford, TX. Jeff also served as the Media Director for the largest Prison Ministry in the U.S., Mike Barber Ministries hosted by the former NFL Tightend Mike Barber. Through this ministry, Jeff also received the opportunity to produce and edit the TBN Super Bowl Special that aired worldwide in 2017.  He has since left to pursue his dream of becoming a full-time film director.
