Shriekfest Radio! Denise Gossett chats with WINNER Nick Rufca!

 Nick Rufca is a production executive with years of solid experience working within the film, TV and digital production industries. Past leadership roles on big-budget studio films and independently-financed features have provided a vast and varied skill set. Recent director position at a digital content company has instilled a deep knowledge of production from the studio side, including creative development, budgeting and client management.

I am currently Senior Producer for internet content creators The Try Guys & Head of Company Operations for their production company 2nd Try, LLC. We produce videos released twice a week on our independent YouTube channel for millions of viewers.

Additionally, I have been a contributing food writer to AAA's Westways Magazine for over six years, and I wrote the screenplay for an independently produced feature ARMSTRONG, released on all digital platforms and DVD in 2017.

Educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) from the Florida State University Film School.

Nick's script "Agriturismo" won BEST THRILLER FEATURE SCREENPLAY  in SHRIEKFEST 2019!!  He was also a Finalist in 2010!
