This week Joel Moore and I will be joined be John Houck. John has been involved in civil war re-enactments for over a quarter of a century, his son and grandson are also active participants.

John is very knowledgeable on the period and has many fascinating stories, did you know that there were women soldiers?

I am hoping to also explore the subject of everyday life between battles. I find the minutia just as interesting as the well documented battles.
