Judy McClendon-Redmond is a resident of Douglas County, Georgia. She is the founder and Executive Director of the Rare Pearls Leadership and Mentoring Program, Inc. In addition to overseeing this Non Profit, Judy also owns her business known as “Another Creation by Lady J” - Management Group. Judy is a native Floridian and moved to Georgia in 2012. She loves traveling as much as she loves the people she meets in the places she travels, around the world.

Judy has a passion for people, All people, and she makes sure she displays that no matter where she goes. She is intentional at being a Spiritual Parent and it’s her joy and pleasure to light someone else’s candle, so that they can shine.

Judy’s educational background includes an MBA (Masters of Business Administration) a MOD (Masters of Organizational Development) – Webster University. A BFS (Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Studies) - Barry University and an Associate’s Degree in Social Sciences. She also has a Certificate in Event Planning and Management. Judy has taught and facilitated several classes on etiquette and self-esteem as well as self-help and life skills.

She is currently pursuing her Doctorate Degree in Global Business and Leadership, concentrating on Education. This doctorate degree will give Judy the credentials she needs that are necessary to open her leadership academy, nationally, as well as international.
