This Saturday on Behind the Blue Curtain we are going to talk about Family Court with  our guest will be Jason D’Souza.  Jason says he has been subject to five years of constant battle in the family court law system in Orange County. Jason D’Souza  describes himself as  a proud father of an amazing son.  He worked at a Suicide Hotline answering calls  every night from all over the nation until 4am of people who may be suicidal or in crisis. He  worked with youth for 10 years and volunteered at orphanages in Africa, Asia and helped build an orphanage in Mexico. I am trusted with orphans, but not my own son.

After entering the family law system. The  presiding Judge  who  has been given the ultimate discretion said  Jason  posted "crap" on the internet and said his  "words are a weapon" and ordered him to attend a 52-week battery treatment program or go to jail.  Jason says he is  non-violent and has never promoted violence.   Jason was  forced to remain  100 yards from his  son or go to prison for 1 year and pay a $1,000 fine.  “I have not seen my little boy since Father’s Day in 2019”: "Dada, I want to live with you forever," were his last words to me.
