The life and consequences of a whistleblower.  Officer Tramarick Smitherman, 41 year old certified Peace Officer in the state of Texas.  Father of two daughters, Army Reserve veteran with 2 deployments,  bachelors degree in criminal justice and an Associate degree in law enforcement.  With a specialization in impairment judgment calls, such as DWIs, DUIs, PIs, and  former DRE, Drug recognition Expert, Former SFST Instructor, Standardized Field Sobriety Test, department instructor for ASP baton, Taser, and Defensive tact’s.  And a true believer in, All MEN were created equal.
