I'm finding the world I live in to be ever more technically sophisticated and just beyond my abliity to fully cope. I often feel anxious and angry when confronted with simple life problens that are now beyond my understanding and skill level. However my troubles are mainly nuisances in the periphery of my life and help is generally available for their solution. What does it feel like for the millions of individuals who experience their lives as beyond their ability to cope, earn a living, or find adequate help to solve problems whose causes and solutions are beyond their understanding? What happens when individuals start blaming and hating themselves for their inability to solve the major problems in their lives? What happens when demagogues offer these millions simple answers to their problems by directing their fears and hatreds outward and creating scapegoats to blame for their difficulties in coping?  What ultimately happens to a society that turns to a strongman who fails to offer rational, effective solutions for difficult problems in living and instead create conditions for citizens be part of a mob trying to make life better through hatred and violence? I see this happening in my society and now I'm really anxious! Is there any solution to the problems being explored in this broadcast?
