In March 2010, the majority Democrat congress passed Obamacare under a questionable procedure called cloture. Learn which groups are exempt and which aren't.  Certain religious groups to be exempt.  Muslims are not exempt.

While we still don't know what is in the bill (even in the year 2103), we can arguably say that the bill is unconstitutional because it: Exceeds the Scope of the Commerce Clause; Threatens the Notion of Limited Government with the individual mandate; Neither Necessary nor Proper (violates this clause);Infringes Upon the Reserved Powers of the States and the People (10nth amendment) and other reasons.  Constitutionalist and Chaplain  Nick Purpura (who wrote the briefs and argued the case) to weigh in.
