Bianca developed a passion for grassroots involvement and political organizing. It is that passion that led her to co-founded the grassroots movement, Latino Trump Coalition, which was created to reach Latino communities and to educate them on why conservative principles were important to ALL Hispanics.

Bianca was raised a Democrat, but over 12 years ago realized her principles no longer aligned with the Democrats and became a Republican. She previously worked as Statewide Hispanic Engagement Director for the Republican Party of Texas and State Director of Faith and Freedom Coalition. Today, she is Vice-President of Latinos for Trump, President of Leader de la Comunidad, Chaplain of Bay Are Republican Women, she serves as Harris County Precinct Chair, and is the host of "La Conservadora Tejana" on 1440 Keyes.
