From Victim to Victorious: Owning and Overcoming Our Trauma

Crime survivor turned advocate and author Chainah Street will speak about her book, Hey God, Did You Get My Message? and the tragedy that led to her triumphant and ongoing transformation from victim to victor.

Chainah will also speak to the importance of owning and overcoming her trauma and what was needed in order to accomplish what can seem so impossible at times.

Community advocate, entrepreneur and fellow survivor Ayinde Love will be shedding light on his experiences with trauma and what he has done to uplift himself and use his story as a launchpad to help educate the community while being a catalyst in preventing further cycles of trauma and miseducation.
