In time for UNICEF's World Radio Day - Sylvia Global's host, Gael Sylvia arrives in Arizona to speak with philanthropist, Ann Lovell.  An exuberate believer in women and girls, ANN LOVELL is the founder and Executive Director of the Valley Foundation which has just launched a new funding branch that focuses on women and girls. Ann is the Executive Director and a Trustee of the David and Lura Lovell Foundation which focuses its resources on mental illness, integrative medicine, cultural/spiritual enrichment and philanthropic education. Ann is also a Director and Treasurer of the Bravewell Collaborative, an operating foundation striving to bring about optimal health and healing for both individuals and society. Ann currently serves on the advisory council for the Women’s Foundation of Southern Arizona, the Leadership Council for the Foundation for Women, and the Women’s Leadership Board at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Ann is a CPA and has more than thirty years experience in business, focusing on financial accounting and tax consulting.
