Eileen Crane is often referred to as America's Doyenne of Sparkling Wine. After a 30 year investment of time in the industry, she is the most experienced Sparkling Winemaker in the United States. She is President and Founding winemaker of Domaine Carneros. Raised with a keen appreciation for fine wines and haute cuisine, Eileen originally prepared for a culinary career, earning a master's degree in nutrition then the Culinary Institute of America.
