FAMILY MATTERS visits with Dr. Star

FAMILY MATTERS is hosted by Jill Egizii and Judge Michele Lowrance. Dr. Star obtained a Ph.D. in educational psychology from Marquette University in 1978, a master's degree in counseling from the University of Wisconsin in 1971 and an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Wisconsin in 1968. Since that time Courts have appointed her as the 604(b) evaluator in over 500 cases in the Cook County Family Law Division. Dr. Star has authored articles on how to evaluate sex offenders and victims of child sexual abuse, among other topics, and spoken at both local and national conferences on various forensic issues.
