A longtime friend of Sam Kinison obtained DNA testing that proves that the late comedian that died in Carl LaBove's arms, actually fathered a daughter with his (Carl LaBove's) wife.

Comic Carl La Bove hopes the revelation will free him from years of unpaid child support penalties.

Kinison was killed in a California car accident when his vehicle was hit by a drunk driver. He has no other known children.
