Why are we fooling ourselves?  A majority of people no longer desire to have the spouse, 3 kids, dog, and a white picket fence any more.  Because society no longer glorifies being married.  Sure, they like weddings, but marriages?  Not so much.  I'm not even sure if people even care about being in a relationship these days.

I'm a 70's baby and I think that my generation is the last who really care about being married.  A ton of people my age have either tried it or wanted to.  However, these late 30-somethings and younger, I'm not so sure.  Do they want "forever, I do" or just an "arrangement" of sorts that has an expiration date?

I don't think that marriage is important any more in this country, but I'll give all of you an opportunity to convince me otherwise on this edition of the Talk 2 Q Radio Show.  "No experts.  Just opinions."
