Eliminate Toxicity From Your Life & Watch Your Life Improve

Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we will be discussing the importance in eliminating toxicity from your life. Whether it's business, networking or personal, toxic energy is always bad! This is something we all experience and truthfully speaking, we owe ourselves more than to tolerate it. Some of us have a toxic work environment and absolutely dread coming to work every day while others may have a toxic business partner who is so toxic, they ruin potential business and cause friction in the workplace. Some of us have toxic friends whose negativity brings you right down with them. Ever had a friend who was a Negative Nancy and always seemed to darken your day after dealing with them? Of course, the worst of all is having a toxic relationship with a partner who is so toxic; you can pretty much see the toxicity oozing out of their body!

All of these forms of toxicity are a no go and it is encouraged that you remove yourself from it immediately before you drive yourself up a wall! One of the most significant reasons in removing yourself from toxicity is your own mental health! People can be so toxic that you find YOURSELF smoking, drinking, pill popping or needing a therapist, and you were totally fine until their shenanigans started! Ever seen a toxic marriage? Sometimes both partners are toxic but it's usually a particular party who takes toxicity to a whole new level and you can only feel for those people.

Tonight, we will be sharing some of our own personal journeys in dealing with toxicity and how that toxicity was eventually removed from our lives. The most important thing to remember is to not reintroduce toxicity back into your life. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice... shame on me! Don't be the fool!
