 On July 15th, 1776 the signing of the Declaration was front-page news and the word went out across the nation as it was at the time. But we all know it meant one thing for the whites and something else for those. enslaved has any of that changed today? We may not be wearing chains bondage, but there are certain things done in our communities that make us still fall under the banner of slavery without freedom.
