Talk, Sing, Read and Play

First 5 California funds programs that educate parents, grandparents, caregivers and teachers. One of their funded programs is the Best Start West Athens. They invest in 14 geographic areas that historically are dealing with violence, poverty through political, economic, social and environmental factors. Best Start has commissioned Big Brozos World Culture to help meet the needs of the preschoolers using literature and music. Today we have Big Brozos founder and director, Rachel Day. Rachel is going to share her program and we will learn how others can get involved.
