Where Can You Go to Learn to Write Academically?

As the pandemic rages on for another month, parents are worried that their child is behind schedule in the field of academics. All schools were required to begin distance learning since March 2020. However, some school districts were not prepared with the right technology. Many students did not have the right technology at home to keep up with the online teaching. Therefore, a large percentage of public school students are behind in most areas of academics, particularly in English writing. That skill is difficult to teach online. Today our guest is Lanette White, a public school teacher who developed a program to help students learn to write. She has a online course open this summer before the fall semester officially begins to assist those students.
