Who Will Join the $50 Million Tournament by Richard Schaefer and Sauerland?

Big news hit the boxing community by storm. A new tournament has been announced; The World Boxing Super Series held its inaugural press conference today announcing the massive boxing venture.

 -Winners to receive the GREATEST prize in boxing, the Muhammad Ali Trophy

-Total Prize Money in Season One: $50 million

-KO tournament to kick off in September 2017 featuring two weight classes with 16 boxers, setting up 14 top fights on 14 separate fight nights

-Partners from the world of boxing, marketing and broadcasting behind the project

They plan on inviting the top 15 from the four recognized sanctioning bodies, and already have Richard Schaefer and Sauerland Promotions onboard.

 Nestor “Nes” Gibbs, BoxingMD, and Matthew “The Hipster” will talk about today’s event with the TBV family.
