Mayweather vs McGregor Cheaper than Mayweather/Pacquiao in UK, US Gets Screwed

Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Conor McGregor is officially set for the UK and Ireland as they’ve made a deal with Sky Sports for broadcasting rights in that region. Also the price tag for this PPV is 20% lower than the Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Manny Pacquiao PPV in the UK. 

So if the UK market gets a reduction in costs for this PPV compared to the other, why does the US market have the same price tag? Is this Mayweather knowing he can dupe the US market more than the UK? Is this just a disregard for the consumer in the US?
