The Power of Forgiveness

This bible study centers on the most profound act of emotions, the act of forgiving. This evening we are studying forgiving our persecuters and praying for them. We are discussing a spirit of peace, and love. Jesus asked us to Love. It is the greatest comandment, from it the act to forgive becomes ingrained in us. It is easier to love those who love us, but what reward is in it. The same goes for forgiving offenders and transgressors that have done unthinkable acts of cruelty and intentional damage to us spiritually, but forgiveness gives us the best opportunity to be more like our savior Jesus Christ.
